Pets

We love dogs, but we are a dog-free hotel. This means that we not only cater to the needs of allergy sufferers, but also meet the highest hygiene standards and offer guests who are afraid of dogs a stress-free vacation. Thank you for your understanding.

Cash, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard are possible

No, we offer you the luxury of being able to book without a deposit.

As soon as you receive our booking confirmation, your booking is binding.

You will find all the details in your booking confirmation. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Check-in & check-out

Your room is ready for occupancy from 14:30. Please arrive by 19:00 - later arrivals are welcome on request until 00:00.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.

Breakfast & nutrition

Daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. - with everything that wakes you up and makes you happy.

Yes - gluten-free, lactose-free and low-allergen products are available to pre-order.

Seasonal times & shutdown

Winter: 20.12.2024 - 13.03.2025
Summer: expected 28.05.2025 - 05.10.2025

Yes - our team will be taking a break in spring and fall. We will communicate the exact times in good time

Parking & e-mobility

Free parking is available directly at the hotel - exclusively for guests.

Yes - there are two e-charging stations directly at the hotel. The charging card is available at reception (€0.40/kWh).

Bar & Lounge

In winter daily from 16:00 to 23:00.
In summer the bar remains closed.

Cozy atmosphere, open fire and a fine selection of drinks - perfect for winding down.
